Return & Exchange Policy

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Submit a Request: Email noonday-23-gingery@icloud.com with:
   • Your order number
   • Item type (e.g., “100-Piece Space Building Blocks (3–5y)”, “Toddler Number Early Education Machine”, “Puzzle-Themed Mystery Box (4–6y)”)
   • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “missing blocks”, “machine won’t turn on”, “wrong age range”)
   • Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable—e.g., broken piece, non-functional button) to speed up review.
2. Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days (prioritizing defective Early Education Machines/Building Blocks sets). If approved:
   • For small items (Mystery Boxes, small Building Blocks sets): We send a pre-paid return label (we cover return costs for defects/incorrect items; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
   • For large items (Early Education Machines, 500+ piece Building Blocks sets): We arrange a courier pickup (free for defect-related returns; £15 GBP fee for change-of-mind returns—due to size/weight).
3. Ship the Item Back:
   • For all items: Repack in original packaging (include all accessories: e.g., Building Blocks instruction manuals, Early Education Machine chargers, Mystery Box inserts).
   • For small items: Ensure original seals are intact (if unopened) or repack in a clean, sealed bag (if defective).
   • Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to our London address (11 Gwynne Road, London, SW11 3YQ, United Kingdom) within 7 days of approval.

Refund & Exchange Timelines

• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving/picking up the item (we verify condition, safety, and packaging). Refunds are issued to your original payment method—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
• Exchanges: We ship your replacement item (e.g., intact Building Blocks, functional Early Education Machine) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping is free for defect/incorrect item requests.
