  • Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to website glitches, we cancel and explain the issue (no honor of incorrect prices).
  • Incomplete Delivery Information: If your address is missing details (e.g., house number for SW11 3YQ), we contact you to confirm—cancel if no response within 5 days.
  • Suspected Fraud: We cancel orders with invalid payment details or suspicious activity—notify you and provide details (where possible).

2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later—split into 3 interest-free installments for orders over £40 GBP).

  • Deposits for Custom Items: Custom toys (e.g., personalized Building Blocks) require a 30% non-refundable deposit at order placement; remaining 70% due before shipping.

We strive for accurate details (age ranges, safety features, contents) but minor variations may occur (trivial under UK law):
  • Mystery Box Contents: We guarantee 3–5 items, but exact products may vary (e.g., a puzzle instead of a mini figure)—all match the theme and age range.
  • Building Blocks: Piece counts may vary by ±5% (e.g., 100-piece set = 95–105 pieces)—normal for manufacturing.
  • Early Education Machines: Battery life may vary ±1 hour (depends on usage).
We resolve significant discrepancies (e.g., a “3–5y set” with small parts) via return/exchange at no cost.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for indirect damages, including:
  • Injury from improper use (e.g., small blocks given to toddlers, machine used without supervision).
  • Property damage (e.g., Building Blocks lost in carpet, machine dropped by child).
  • Loss of use (e.g., delayed Mystery Box missing a birthday).
